About Us

Greg Devins has spent years testing both water and wine.  After obtaining a Diploma in Water Quality Technology at OUC in Kelowna, he started his career in beverage analysis working for Naya Inc. in Revelstoke.  He worked at the Revelstoke plant for 6 years as the Quality Control Supervisor.  Typical duties included managing lab technicians, performing various chemical, physical and bacteriological analyses maintaining a water treatment system and running a raw material inspection system.

Greg worked next at the Nestle Waters plant in Hope where he held the position of Quality Assurance Manager.  Duties included managing the QA Department, performing various analyses and validating cleaning and disinfection protocols via microbiology.

Wanting to move into the wine industry, he moved to Penticton and worked a vintage at Hawthorne Mtn. Vineyards and took the Winery Assistant program at the local OUC campus and then worked at Tinhorn Creek Vineyards performing laboratory analysis and cellar work during an 11 month contract.
